Dear Coaches,

Welcome to the Mike Glenn Basketball Camp for Hearing Impaired Athletes. Registration time for all Coaches, Campers, Volunteers, and Assistants is 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday June 20, 2010 at the Clairmont Presbyterian Church.

We are planning another great year of training and fun. This is our 31st anniversary and we are planning a very special banquet. The Hyatt Hotel will be hosting our opening dinner. Dress Attire for the evening is casual dress.


Each school may send 4 to 6 Male and Female Athletes ages 13 to 18. A registration fee of $25.00 is requested of each camper. They will receive a Mike Glenn T-shirt, all meals and snacks for the week, and access to all attractions and events free. Registration, Permission/Medical Release forms should be completed and returned by and no later than May 17, 2010. All campers must be pre-registered. A non-refundable $25.00 late fee will be added for late registrations. Each school should bring one (1) coach when possible. I will welcome an additional female or male coach or a coach from previous involvements. Please provide me with the number and names of coaches, house-parents and drivers attending this year's camp.

Please do not invite additional schools without my approval. Please provide me the name(s) of schools or athletes that should be on our lists or that I should invite as soon as possible. For Security purposes,all campers must be properly signed out at the registration desk after the All Star Game(s), souvenir and Awards presentation on
Friday, June 25th, 2010.
